Long way to go or short cut there

Recently, there is a coming sales meeting; the top suggests that I am a new comer.
Actually, I am not so satisfied to be the NEW one. The reason is just caused by the comaprison. There are two persons in the same situation. However, one of them are fresh and the other is nearly two months.

On the other hand, I become the respresentive of the new brand team. The other two are fresh in the industry, especially one of them are graduate. In my mind, it is a little bit tired of being a NEW comer in top's mind.

In my end, I did not open my mind to get along with them. Probably, it is just caued by my thought......not being here too long...... However, where is my chance.
