I felt very depressed that my team members most of the time tell me the sentence, I do not know or I have no ideas.
It makes me feel confused what I should do.
I am trying to help other group members.
However, when I proposed my opinions, they might get the SAME feedback like disagree or hesitate. Then they start to fight with me.
So I feel so strange that why do you guys propose your own ideas but keep criticizing on my ideas.
If you really had ideas, you will not say "I do not know" in the beginning.
Or I should act in the same way or reply them in the same way, I have no ideas or i do not know.

dont b bothered about being put down
keep your normal style in dealing with people
always support your ideas with strong reference or examples
or sometimes, just plain logic as to why they should work
If the others question ur ideas, ask them to tell their logic as to why it wont work & in other cases just ask them if they have a better idea that can work
people usually put down others ideas, but when asked for something cant come up with anything worthwile
so, if again anyone interrupts u, tell them to come up with something better & untill then hold your opinion in value
so, if u take this approach, they cant fight with u

I got problems in questioning people in a proper attitude because one of them are a little bit tough

also dont loose ur composure when under scrutiny

althrough one of them is very uncertain, she could not find anything and provide the ideas from HER OWN MINDS.
The one is the FOLLOWER.
I feel so anxious as she is really uncertain.

tell that person that while providing ideas from own mind is fine,
as this Marketing Plan has 2 clients, 1-the company, 2- the academecians, the academics require a theory backing for any ideas we come up with once u make this point, I think the situation should improve as it has a bearing on the marking
